RUNNING SIDE STITCHES - BEST TIP ON REMOVING IT DURING TRAINING!!!

In my 10 years of running i have mastered the trick to remove side stitches during training. In Afrikaans they call it "muldsteek".

DO THE FOLLOWING MOVE TO REMOVE SIDE STITCHES:

1.  STOP RUNNING
2.  BEND OVER
3.  PUT YOUR HANDS ON YOUR HAMMY'S
4.  THEN PULL YOUR BODY UP WHILE YOU PUSH YOUR STOMACH MUSCLES OUT WORDS
5.  DO IT FOR 5-10 SECONDS
6.  START RUNNING
